A Sarasota property does not grow at one speed. Through the warm, wet months turf puts on growth fast and beds fill in quickly, so mowing and trimming come around more often and edges need holding. Through the cooler, drier months growth slows and the work shifts to shaping, bed care, mulch and getting ahead of the next growing season. That is why the program runs twelve months: the visits change through the year, the care does not stop.
No two properties need the same schedule, so we set it against the property rather than a standard package: how much turf there is, how much bed, how much of it sits in shade, and how tidy you want it kept between visits. We walk the property first, then price the program against what it actually needs.
We set up a recurring schedule that fits the property size, season, and client preferences. Walk-throughs after each visit ensure nothing gets missed, and we flag anything — irrigation issues, diseased plants, drainage problems — that needs attention before it becomes a bigger fix.
