What it includes
Drainage work begins with identifying where water enters, pools,
and exits the property. Solutions range from simple regrading to
French drain networks, catch basins, dry creek beds, and swale
reshaping.
- Site drainage assessment
- French drain installation
- Catch basins and channel drains
- Swale reshaping and grade correction
- Downspout extension and routing
How we approach it
We walk the property during or after rain events whenever
possible to see where water moves and where it stalls. The fix
is designed around the source of the problem, not just the
symptom — so it works in a five-inch rain, not just a light
shower.
French drains
Perforated pipe buried in gravel collects and redirects
subsurface water away from problem areas. Sized and sloped
correctly, a French drain can solve standing water issues that
regrading alone can't.
Surface and basin drainage
Catch basins, channel drains, and dry creek beds handle
surface water quickly. We connect them to a proper outlet so
water leaves the property instead of sitting in it.
